LSI is a design-build company. We will work with you to produce a complete set of development plans and specifications for your construction. Using standard and accepted engineering practices, your drawings can be used by LSI to construct your project or to submit it for open bidding. LSI does all its own design work. Our plans are engineered for performance and quality. While the cost of a LSI designed project may be somewhat higher, the longevity of your construction is assured.

Our staff creates your drawings using AutoCAD® software, the world’s leading general design application. This means that the data we prepare can be shared seamlessly with surveyors, architects and other professionals involved with your construction. Your completed plans will also meet the requirements of any permitting agency. From initial layouts to technical specifications, LSI is equipment to meet all the design needs of your project.
