GEAR DRIVEŽ

The newest and most innovative lift, the GEAR DRIVEŽ has no belts, no chains, no pulleys, and no sprockets. It is totally maintenance free. It features a sealed aluminum gearbox and electric motor for no exposed mechanical parts. Capacities are from 4,500 lbs. to 120,000 lbs. The GEAR DRIVEŽ is covered by a 10-year structural warranty, 5-year gearbox warranty, 2-year motor warranty and a 1-year total warranty. The GEAR DRIVEŽ is designed to have up to a 50-year service life in marine environments. All axles and bearings are equipped with grease fittings for easy maintenance. Pulleys are machined of solid marine aluminum and contain a grease pocket to prevent bind-up. Machined aluminum cable winding sleeves ensure smooth cable operation and extend cable life.

ROLIFT^TM

This lift is manufactured with marine grade aluminum and stainless steel components. Models are available from 3,000 to 120,000 pounds.

The ROLIFT^TM is covered by a 10-year structural warranty and a one-year total warranty, including motors and the stainless steel lifting cables.

The ROLIFT^TM drive shaft is mounted on top of the aluminum beams. This utilizes the full weight bearing capacity of the beams, and permits access to cables and bearings for routine maintenance and inspection.

NOTE: An optional, removable drive shaft cover is available for owners who prefer to keep moving parts covered except for maintenance.

ALUMINUM ELEVATOR LIFTS

These lifts comply with the building codes of those Towns which do not allow four pile lifts. If your property has limited space, an elevator lift may be permitted by CAMA when a larger lift would not.
